Let us cater for your next dinner party or event
At cornucopia we have a wide variety of vegetarian main courses, salads, desserts and soups available for outside catering suitable for all tastes including coeliacs and those on a gluten free diet and/or wheat free diet.
We also cater for those on a vegan, yeast free, lactose free, egg free or sugar free diet. We also have a selection of living foods for those on a raw vegan diet.
If you are having a party and would just like some vegetarian finger food and canapés we can organise that too.

Cornucopia Vegetarian Catering Menu
Here are examples of some of the more popular products we offer. Bear in mind these are only examples and if there is something specific you would like you can arrange a chat with our head chef Tony Keogh.

- Allow 3 days for orders €50 or under
- Allow up to a week for orders over €50
- Allow 5 days for dessert orders

Soup
2 litres – €12.50 – Serves 5
4 litres - €25.00 – Serves 10
- Leek and potato
- Parsnip and almond
- Carrot, red lentil and ginger
- Roast pepper, garlic and tomato
- Fennel, butter bean and roast garlic
- Butternut squash, coconut and basil
- Cream of mushroom and tarragon
- Daily we make fresh breads including multi seed spelt, granary & different savoury scones.
Salads
2 litres – €12.50 – Serves 5
4 litres - €25.00 – Serves 10
- Marinated tofu, broccoli & mangetoute in a citrus herb rice
- Tuscan panzanella with ciabbatta croutons & roast peppers
- Daikon, carrot and spring onion dressed in mirin & sesame oil
- Chickpeas, roast aubergine and feta dressed in lemon, chilli & cumin
- Beetroot, pear and rocket dressed with crème fraiche & fresh herbs
- Bulghur wheat, roast squash, baby spinach in cinnamon, lemon & mint
- Sprouted beans and lentils and leafy greens dressed with coriander, ginger & lemon
- Coleslaw & Garlic potato roast hazelnut salad with our homemeade vegan mayonnaise
Mains
We prepare many classic dishes including lasagne, quiche, shepherds pie, goulash & thai curry. The following are some other options.
Casseroles / Curries

4 litres - €45 – Serves 8-10
- Sweet potato & tofu massaman curry
- Winter vegetable stew with red wine & tamari
- Courgette, fennel & butterbean casserole in a roast garlic white wine sauce
- Ragoút of roast mediterranean vegetables with herb spaghetti
- Tagine of summer vegetables over lemon scented cous cous
- Potato, aubergine & spinach curry with yoghurt, red lentils & mint
Baked dishes
Standard oven dish – €45 – Serves 8
- Greek spinach & feta spanakopita
- Mushroom & puy lentil moussaka
- Cauliflower, leek and corn polenta with blue cheese & chilli jam
- Broccoli, tofu and leek parcels in tomato, coconut & mirin
- Butternut squash, cashew & roast garlic cannelloni with gran moravia cheese
- Spiced Potato and cashew cakes with broccoli pesto & yellow pepper puree
- Pavé of root vegetables topped with caramelised onion & feta cheese

We can prepare finger food to your particular taste & event. Prices are per order. e-mail any enquiries
We also supply a selection of homemade hummus, patés, dressings & vegan mayonaise. Daily we make fresh breads including multi seed spelt, granary & different savoury scones. We also supply a selection of wraps ideal for office lunches.
