Domini Kemp talks about health & raw soups!

In this article Domini Kemp, food writer from The Irish Times talks about an array of health ideas & raw soups. She creates her own recipe inspired by Cornucopia’s chilled raw carrot & avocado with lemon and garlic soup. (our recipe will be in  the forth coming second Cornucopia cookbook)

Thank you Domini!’This recipe is close enough to a soup served in Cornucopia, the vegetarian restaurant on Wicklow Street in Dublin that always serves wholesome food. They do two great raw soups there, one of which is similar to my concoction here.
