Soups

Small – €4.35, Large – €5.50 with bread.

Salads

Mixed plates – small €5.50 medium €8.95, large €10.95

  • Garlic potatoes with roast hazelnuts in vegan mayonnaise.
  • Bulgur, fennel, chard and cherry vine in green chilli vinaigrette.
  • Beetroot, pear and rocket with crème fraiche and herbs.
  • Chickpea, roast aubergine, feta and rocket with sun-dried tomato and chilli.
  • Fruit salad with watermelon, grape and pineapple.
  • Coleslaw with chives in vegan mayonnaise.
  • Baked tofu, rice, arame, and scallion dressed in mirin and tamari.
  • Butter bean, roast pepper and baby spinach dressed in lemon and roast garlic.
  • Daikon, cucumber, fennel in orange and coriander.
  • Sprouted beans with ginger, lemon & coriander.

Mains

All mains are served with two salads from €12.50 – €13.95

  • Sweet potato, tofu and broccoli Casserole with coconut, mirin and star anise.
  • Squash, spinach and roast celeriac Fricassee.
  • Mushroom,  black bean, quinoa and green pepper Enchilada with sun-dried tomato, vegan cheese and scallions.
  • Roast celeriac, cauliflower and lentil pie topped with garlic mash.
  • Stir fry of broccoli, tofu and green beans with shoyu, ginger, lime and chilli.
  • Roast squash, feta and pea Quiche.
